Our first show of 2017 is a group exhibition featuring new paintings by the newest member of our artist family, Richard Lang Chandler. Like so many artists, he has split his attention between fine art , most recently exhibiting with the former David Findlay Galleries in NYC, and advertising. His paintings simply buzz with vibrant colors whether portraying idyllic landscapes or populated cityscapes. His compositions feel familiar but with a dramatic interplay of bright light and cool shadow. His skies are typically bursting with strokes of many colors. His paintings are a treat for the eyes and reasonably priced for those with an interest in collecting. To view a selection of his paintings, click this link.
We also have a great selection of seascapes from Boston artist, Teri Malo that are amazing and well worth a trip to the gallery. New paintings from her studio neighbor, Janet Montecalvo will also dazzle the viewer with her finely detailed images of nostalgic neon signs and facades. We also have new paintings from Rimi Yang as well as a varied selection of paintings by Hunt Slonem, Carmelo Blandino, Craig Mooney, Kevin Fitzgerald and Onyeka Ibe. We hope you will stop by and enjoy the show.
